2. Hosting and server logs
When you open this website, our hosting provider processes the technically necessary data of your request: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the page you came from (referrer), browser type and operating system, and the status and size of the response. The purpose is to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and reliable delivery of the website. We keep no access logs of our own. The hosting provider deletes the data as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes.
The recipient of this data is our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc., USA. The transfer to the USA rests on the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
3. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party content
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no content from third parties.

If you email us, we process your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
5. Your rights
You have the following rights against us:

- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),

- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and

Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. An informal note to info@3bbb.de is enough.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen), www.ldi.nrw.de.
